Our story
GrowOnline began with a simple, uncomfortable observation: the same technology making businesses more efficient is quietly ending careers that took decades to build. Capable, experienced professionals are being told their roles are “no longer required” — not because they did anything wrong, but because software can now do a slice of what they did.
We don’t think that’s the end of the story. The very thing automating desk jobs — A.I. — can also be the thing that lets one determined person run a complete small business on their own. GrowOnline exists to put those tools in the hands of the people who need them most: the newly redundant, the career-changers, the over-fifties told they’re “too senior”, and the parents who want work on their own terms.
